Salon & Cancellation Policies

Please take a moment to read all of the important information below

General Policies

Booking Fees

To secure an appointment a Non-refundable Booking Fee is required.

(£20 - full set | £10 - infill or brows | 50% aesthetics or training/mentoring).

This fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost. payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer.

A booking is not made without a booking fee.

Come Alone

Due to my insurance I can only allow one client in the salon at a time.

Please do not bring any children, friends, relatives or pets.

Timing

Please arrive to your appointment on time.

If you arrive early please wait in your car as I may be preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters.

If you are late please note that the time will come out of your allocation which may result in less lash coverage.

Infills

Due to the high quality of my work and the products I use, I will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance.

No Eye Make Up

I'd like to allocate every available minute possible to applying your lashes so please arrive to your appointment whether it is an infill or full set with no eye make up or strip lash glue. Eye make up can affect your extensions and removing make up takes extra time and eats into the slot you've paid for.

Please do not apply strip lash glue to your extensions, you will need a full removal if so.

Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel.

Cancellations under 24hrs are charged 50% of the service price.

Cancellations on the day are charged 100% of the service price.

The booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment with 48hrs notice.

Please note the cancellation policy does apply for any reason including illness.

Sickness Policy

To keep myself, my family and my clients safe I have a strict sickness policy.

If you have any of these symptoms even if it's not covid-19 and just general illness, please message me asap to rearrange your appointment.

  •   Sore throat

  •   Cough

  •   Sneezing

  •   Fever

  •   Runny stuffy nose

  •   Loss of smell & taste

If you arrive to your appointment unwell or if there are signs of illness during treatment, your treatment will be stopped and you will be charged full price for the appointment.

If you have any covid/general illness symptoms I will only carry out treatment once you are fully well.

I will not carry out treatment if you are unwell at all as I can't risk not being able to work due to me being unwell or risk passing anything on to my family or my clients.
